Harbor becomes available after unlocking the portal to summon Heroes at the start of the game. It can be accessed via a Harbor building next to your city or from the Portal screen.

The Harbor currently features two shops: the Chrono Shop and the Arena Shop. To make purchases in the Chrono Shop, you will need Chrono Crystals . These can be obtained in any type of Portal when you pull a hero you already own and who is fully awakened. The number of Chrono Crystals received depends on the hero's rarity:

Similarly, Arena Medals can be obtained at the end of each PvP season and after every PvP battle. Some items in the shops can only be purchased a limited number of times. These purchase limits reset each week during the shops' weekly reset. Your amounts of Chrono Crystals and Arena Medals are not affected by this reset.

We highly recommend visiting the Harbor Shop each week to claim any useful resources it offers. Some of these resources are bottlenecks in certain game features, so it's beneficial to purchase them regularly.
